What we store and why
When you submit an enquiry, we store your name, company, email, optional phone number and message. We use these details to respond, arrange a demo and prepare a quote. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal data in your message.
We process your enquiry to take steps towards a possible contract at your request. If you act on behalf of a company, processing serves our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
Access and retention
Enquiries are stored in the application database. Authorised platform administrators and, where necessary, technical service providers have access. Form records are deleted after 180 days. Subsequent contractual or accounting records are managed separately according to their purpose and applicable obligations.
Cookies and measurement
The website uses technical cookies for secure form submission and application sessions. It does not load Google Analytics, Google Ads or other advertising measurement scripts. Submitting a form does not provide marketing consent. Server logs may include IP addresses and request information to support availability and security.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability or object to processing. We handle requests under the conditions set by applicable law. You may also contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
