Manage warehouse operations in one system

From receiving a delivery to handing a shipment to a carrier. Each operation has an assigned task, a status and a record.

1

Receiving

Scan items to check the delivery and record received quantities, lot numbers and expiry dates.

2

Putaway

Assign goods to a storage location. The warehouse operator confirms putaway on a handheld.

3

Picking

Create tasks from orders and organise them into picking waves. Verify picked items by scanning.

4

Packing and dispatch

Check carton contents, print shipping labels and confirm dispatch.

Stock control, tasks and traceability

Warehouse operators work through assigned tasks. Supervisors monitor stock, order progress and the history of operations.

Track stock by location and lot

See where goods are stored, the quantity available and their lot of origin. Trace movements of handling units, cartons and individual items.

Android handheld workflows

Receive, move and pick goods on the warehouse floor. Barcode scans verify items and locations as operators complete tasks.

Packing checks

Record carton contents, attach order documents and prepare shipping labels.

Stock counts and returns

Run cycle counts, receive returns and separate quarantined goods or recalled lots from sellable stock.

Reporting and access control

Monitor orders and warehouse operations through dashboards and reports. User roles determine access to each activity.

Connect your ERP and carriers

Send orders to the warehouse and return stock and dispatch information to your ERP. Prepare shipping labels as orders are packed.

The system provides a Pohoda integration, an API for other systems and carrier connections. We confirm the required data flows, supported services and any custom work during implementation planning.

Frequently asked questions

Which operations is adaptisWMS designed for?

E-commerce warehouses, distribution centres and fulfilment operations that need to manage storage locations, stock and order processing. We assess your requirements during the initial consultation.

Can we use our existing handhelds?

The mobile application runs on Android. We check compatibility with your handhelds, scanners and printers before implementation.

Do we need to replace our ERP?

The aim is to connect WMS to your existing ERP. A Pohoda integration is available; for other systems, we assess API connectivity and the scope of any custom work.

How long does implementation take?

The timeline depends on integrations, data quality and warehouse processes. We agree a rollout schedule after defining the requirements.

How is access secured?

The web application supports user roles, two-factor authentication and passkeys. Mobile devices are linked to a user and a warehouse.
